Refund Policy

Identity Armor stands behind our product with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your Identity Armor activation. All refunds must be submitted by emailing or sending us a written request, delivery confirmation at:

Phone calls do not satisfy our refund requirement as we need a documented communication to place in your file should an incident of Identity Theft occur while your coverage was terminated.

Please include your full name and phone number in the email or letter so we can process your refund as quickly as possible. All refunds will be credited back within 5 business days from the date received. You will receive an email back from Identity Armor confirming or denying your refund request depending whether you complied with the refund policy as stated here.

Our refund policy is required by Visa | MasterCard | Discover | American Express to protect you, the consumer, and Identity Armor from fraud.

Should a customer file a dispute with the bank before or after the 30 day refund period, all supporting documentation, including the refund terms and conditions, the signed and dated credit card receipt, all work orders and the recording of your telephone conversation will be submitted to the bank as evidence of the transaction.
